Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Build (the "Service"), a white-label platform that provides ready infrastructure for creating and operating AI image-generation bots. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to you. The Service and the bots built on it are intended for adults only.

Build gives partners the infrastructure to launch and manage their own AI bots: bot hosting, branding and customization, payment processing (such as Telegram Stars and cryptocurrency), and analytics. You are responsible for the bots you operate, the content they generate, the prices you set, and your relationship with your own end users.

You agree not to use the Service, and not to allow your bots to be used, to create, distribute, or facilitate:

• Any sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor. This is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Intimate or explicit imagery of real, identifiable people created without their consent, or any other non-consensual content.
• Content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or violates the terms of Telegram, our payment providers, or any applicable law.

We may remove content, suspend bots, and terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

The Service runs on a prepaid balance. You add funds to your account and are charged per generation and for other usage, at the prices shown in your dashboard. Deposits pay for services rendered and are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. You set your own prices for your end users and are solely responsible for any refunds or support you offer them.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your end users, for obtaining any consents you are required to obtain, for handling your end users' data lawfully, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

The Service, its software, and its underlying infrastructure belong to us. The brand assets you provide (name, logo, texts) remain yours; you grant us the limited license needed to operate your bots on your behalf.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any AI-generated output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or applicable law, or to meet a legal obligation. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
